A fully refundable security deposit is collected before check-in and returned at check-out, subject to a final walkthrough.
Cleaning charges of ₹300 are paid directly to the caretaker when you're checking out of the bungalow.
Please call and inform the caretaker 30 minutes before check-in so the villa is ready for you.

50% advance to confirm your booking (non-refundable). Balance + ₹3,000 refundable security deposit before check-in. Full payment must be made at the time of arrival.
This booking is non-refundable. No refund will be issued if you cancel your reservation.
Valid government photo ID proof is required for all guests at the time of booking and check-in.
Backup power via inverter is provided. During WBSEB grid failures, AC, refrigerators, geysers and kettles cannot be operated.
Per Raichak on Ganges Authority rules, personal speakers and cameras are not permitted. In-house speakers are provided for guest use.
Loud music is strictly prohibited. Please keep the volume at an average / low level throughout your stay.
No food or liquor inside the swimming pool. Any violation results in a full deduction of the security deposit.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit — or charged separately if damages exceed the deposit amount.
Tariff and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Your confirmed booking price is protected.
